Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Many clients may benefit from the assistance of medications during their journey. We can work together as a team to find the best treatment options and if medications would benefit your treatment.

At Mountain Paths Counseling, we recognize that each individual has different stories and different experiences. For that reason, our therapists are trained to create treatment plans specific to the individual's needs.

We can feel trapped by our emotions, experiences, and fear. Everyone deserves to hike out of these obstacles. Here at Mountain Paths Counseling, we want you to think of your therapists as professional canyoners, helping guide your way back to a less turbulent path.

As a team, we find the best approach with therapy and medications to achieve your desired outcomes. Most of our therapists are trained in either EMDR or ART techniques. We now also offer a variety of ketamine treatments and access to a therapy animal.
